You'll find your job number in an email titled StarTrack Courier - Pick up Confirmation sent from Australia Post.

Enter this job number at https://my.startrackcourier.com.au/ and select the state.

For order enquiries you can contact Star Track directly on 13 23 45. However if all of these processes still cannot locate your order, please contact the Somage office and we will be happy to assist with your query.
