Matcha


Sparking Matcha

Place 2g matcha in preheated bowl, add 75ml / 2.5oz water, use whisk to smooth out matcha, add a further 75ml / 2.5oz of water then whisk vigorously in a W shaped motion to form a smooth creamy tea foam

Fill a 1L Jug with ice

Pour matcha over ice and fill to top with Sparking or Soda water.

Optional: Garnish with lemon and stir well.


Chocolate & Chai


Iced Kali Drinking Chocolate

Dissolve with a splash of hot water 12g of Kali Dark Chocolate per 4 fl.oz / 120ml

Top up with cold milk (dairy, soy or nut) and add ice

Garnish with Kali Dark Couverture Sprinkles.

Spiced Version: Simply add 1 teaspoon of Somage Chai Garnish to the chocolate mix before adding milk.

Cocktails With Ice Tea


Pimms & Lemon, Black Ice Tea

Refreshing ice tea based cocktail, great for the warm summer days ahead

30ml Pimms on ices,

Pour over Chamellia Ice Tea (Lemon & Black).

Garnish optional - Slice of peach, nectarine or lemon with mint.


Gingerilla

30ml Licor 43 (Vanilla Liqueur) on ice,

Pour over Chamellia Lemongrass & Ginger sparkling ice tea.

Garnish with mint and lemon.


Ice Tea


The Benita - Gin Martini with Cold Infused Green Tea

A little spin on an old classic

75ml of green tea infused gin, 15ml dry vermouth Bitters or Lemon twist, to garnish

Method: Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice cubes. Stir according to strength preference (the longer you stir, the more diluted the drink). Strain into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish with a lemon twist.
