What should I do if my order is incorrect, missing or damaged?Updated 2 years ago

We are sorry to hear your order has not been delivered correctly.  We want to ensure that we can resolve this issue with as little inconvenience to you as possible. In order to do so please take a photo or video of the damaged or incorrect goods so we can solve this issue and prevent it from happening again. Please contact the office by phone, email or live chat where our team can assist you. It is important that you do not dispose of any items as Somage may arrange for the product to be returned.
